**1. Guarantee Overview:**

Impact College offers a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on tuition fees to students who meet the eligibility criteria but do not secure a placement before the end of their degree course.

**2. Eligibility Criteria:**

To be eligible for the 100% Money-Back Guarantee, students must fulfill the following conditions:

1. **Enrollment and Attendance:**

   - The student must be enrolled in a full-time degree program at Impact College for session 2024-27.

   - The student must have a minimum attendance of 85% in each semester throughout the course.

2. **Academic Performance:**

   - The student must maintain a minimum CGPA of 8.0 (or equivalent) in each semester.

   - All exams, projects, and assignments must be completed and submitted on time with no instances of academic misconduct.

3. **Participation in Placement Activities:**

   - The student must participate in all placement-related activities organized by the college, including but not limited to:

     - Attending pre-placement talks, workshops, and training sessions.

     - Appearing for all interviews, group discussions, and tests arranged by the placement cell.

   - The student must adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by the placement cell.

4. **Behaviour and Discipline:**

   - The student must maintain a clean disciplinary record throughout the course with no instances of misconduct, harassment, or other violations of college rules.

   - Any behavior that damages the reputation of Impact College or adversely affects placement opportunities will disqualify the student from the guarantee.

5. **Placement Offers:**

   - The guarantee is applicable only if the student does not receive any job offers before the completion of the degree course.

   - If a student receives a job offer and declines it, the guarantee becomes void.

6. **Internship Requirement:**

   - The student must complete at least one internship, as arranged or approved by the college, during the course of their study.

7. **Timely Graduation:**

   - The student must complete the degree course within the prescribed duration without any backlogs, gaps, or delays.

**3. Claim Process:**

1. **Application for Refund:**

   - The student must apply for the refund within 30 days of the completion of the degree course.

   - The application must include all necessary documentation, including academic transcripts, placement activity participation records, and a statement detailing the placement attempts made.

2. **Review and Decision:**

   - The college will review the application and verify the student's eligibility based on the terms and conditions.

   - The decision of the college regarding the eligibility and refund amount will be final and binding.

**4. Exclusions:**

1. The guarantee does not cover students who:

   - Opt for higher studies immediately after graduation.

   - Start their own business or choose self-employment.

   - Seek placement in a location or industry where the college does not have established placement support.

**5. Amendments and Modifications:**

Impact College reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to the students via official college channels.

**6. Governing Law:**

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Patna, Bihar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the money-back guarantee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
